At Skyepics we spend a significant amount of time, effort & money to capture & deliver high quality aerial images, with the sole purpose of making that imagery available to both business & the general public. It is our intention to offer this photography with as few conditions as possible, but unfortunately there are some.
 
 If you have requirements that fall outside these conditions, please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs. In many cases, there is a solution that will benefit both parties.

DVD Tours
   
Our DVD tours are sold licensed for private use only.  ANY copying & redistribution (either in part or in its entirety) of a Skyepics DVD tour whether for profit or to gift to a third party is forbidden without the express written consent of Skyepics.com.au Pty Ltd.  
 
 
Digital Files
   
Skyepics images, when offered as digital files are sold exclusively for advertising, promotional & domestic use only, & are licensed for an indefinite period to the person or business that purchased the license. 
 
While a fee is required for the purchase of the image(s), the image(s) & copyright remain the sole property of Skyepics.com.au Pty Ltd, & it is a condition of sale that the image(s) are: 
  1. not on-sold for financial gain in any form (whether hard copy or electronic) either in part or in its entirety  
  2. retained by you the licensee & are not gifted or distributed (other than the entitlements outlined below) to third parties in any form, (whether electronic or hardcopy) either in part or in its entirety. 
However, payment of the license fee entitles the purchaser to use the image(s) in the following ways: 
  1. advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, film and video presentations, commercials, catalogues, brochures, promotional greeting cards and promotional postcards. (but not for resale or license)  
  2. entertainment applications, including magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, and video broadcast.  
  3. online or electronic publications, including web pages to a maximum of 530x800 pixels  
  4. hardcopy prints, posters, roadside billboards & vehicular signage and other reproductions for personal use or promotional purposes outlined in (1) above. 
It is not a requirement to acknowledge Skyepics.com.au as the copyright holder, but to do so would be very much appreciated where possible. 
 
 
Hard Copy Enlargements
 
Skyepics images, when sold as hard copy enlargements (whether in print only, blockmount, framed or stretched canvas form) are sold with an exhibition license for private or corporate use. 
 
Put simply, feel free to hang the photo on your wall & enjoy viewing it.
 
However it is a condition of sale that the image(s) are:
  1. not copied by any means either electronic, analog, hand painting or sketching. (either in part or in its entirety)

  2. not on sold for financial gain, gifted or distributed in any form, (whether hard copy or electronic, hand painting or sketching) either in part or in its entirety.
